Agreement Development

In 2002, Woodfield Constructions Pty Ltd (Woodfield) entered into a « management agreement » with Jojill Nominees Pty Ltd (Jojill). Jojill was the registered owner of a piece of land and entrusted Woodfield with the management of an urban development project on the land.
